Break ups are common almost everyone experiences one.
Many would rather move on than reunite with their ex.
Some find it hard to move on and feel severely attached to their ex.
If this is you then there is hope.
Stop playing the victim and take action.
Firstly, if you want to have a chance to reunite with your ex you have to be able to see the relationship for what it is worth.
Uncover the reasons for the initial break up, you want to do this because it gives you ground to start building up to the next step.
Once you have a good idea of the problem you should let your ex know that you are aware of why the break up occurred.
You also want to express to your ex that you have come to accept the break up, when he sees that you can handle things in a rational manner he will feel more comfortable talking to you which is what you need to do to work things out.
When you do this you want to be as sincere as possible, the most personal form of communication would have to be a handwritten letter.
This is also beneficial because when you write your thoughts flow more freely and it is easier to get the point your trying to make across.
There is no need to over do it with the letter do not mention wanting to reunite at this point that comes in later on.
Once your ex see that you are handling the break up well you will no longer come across as being too needy.
This is essentially what gets you in the door and on your way to fixing the break up and getting you ex back.
