With that in mind let's put your recent loss in perspective.
It is not a permanent loss right now unless you give up, make the wrong moves or that person cannot be found.
That being said, not all relationships can recover from a breakup.
Most of the time it is because of all the stress that it has placed on those involved.
With stress comes extreme emotions, bad decision making and fatigue.
So should you be stressed right now? You certainly have a right to be.
It is only fair with the pressures put upon you.
You will be stressed but you need to keep it to an absolute minimum for your own health and happiness.
You have to come up with ideas to relieve some of this stress.
What helps with stress? Talking it out with someone you trust and will support you.
Whether that is a friend, family or counselor, get it out.
Exercise is an excellent stress reliever and will also help keep you healthy at the same time.
You will need both of these to survive and deal with your situation.
Anything that takes your mind off your problems will work.
So don't stress over something you can deal with.
You can and must definitely deal with this.
With the stress minimized your problem solving skills get better.
