How to Transfer a Highrise Case to Basecamp

    • 1). Log in to your Highrise customer relationship manager system using the username and password provided by your account administrator.

    • 2). Click on the client case from the list of conversations on the Highrise dashboard.

    • 3). Click on the "Won!" button to mark a client conversation as a successful bid. A new button appears below the status buttons labeled, "Start a Basecamp project." Click this new button, and configuration options for Basecamp appear.

    • 4). Type the preferred title of the Basecamp project or leave it as the default title copied from Highrise.

    • 5). Click one of the two radio buttons: "Just our company" or "I'd like to give a client or another company access to this project too." The former gives Basecamp access to your company, while the latter gives access to those outside the business. Type the name of the company in the field or click "select an existing company" to pick from a list of companies already in Basecamp.

    • 6). Click the check box next to names under "Add new people from Highrise" to add those people to the Basecamp project.

    • 7). Click "Create this project" to finalize the transfer. Your Highrise case is now a part of Basecamp.
