Starting to panic is normal as soon as you see your ex is starting to see someone else.

So what are rebound relationships about and when do they occur? Well, basically that type of relationships are ones that are started as soon as the breakup occurs.
There can be plenty of reasons for rebound relationships.
Most likely, your ex started feeling hurt or very lonely after you two broken up and he or she could not bear facing the pain by themselves.
Therefore he or she got involved in that relationship to numb the pain.
Fact is, your ex might not even realize that he or she is not involved in a rebound relationship.
And if you notice that, you shouldn't have to worry that much after all.
The reason behind this is because that type of relationships don't last long at all.
Most last for weeks or even days so if your ex is starting to see someone right now, it does not mean that you have no hope left.
