Tint Removal Instructions

    • 1). Add water to your steamer. Plug it in, turn it on and let it heat up, per the manufacturer's instructions. Use the extension cord to reach all necessary areas of your vehicle.

    • 2). Steam the corner of the smallest window for a minute or two. Hold the steamer on the tint until it is good and warm and the adhesive loosens.

    • 3). Pry the tint from the window with your putty knife, starting in the corner and doing a small section at a time.

    • 4). Continue to steam the tint a bit at a time, peeling it off as you go. Peel the tint off slowly and in one complete section, if possible.

    • 5). Move on to bigger windows and follow the same procedure.

    • 6). Soak any stubborn glue with the orange oil glue remover and then remove it with a paper towel.

    • 7). Spray all windows with window cleaner and give them a shine with your paper towels.
