- 1). Start Microsoft PowerPoint and open the presentation you want to convert to print. Go to the "View" menu and select "Handout Master." The slide show changes to "Handout Master" view.
- 2). Select the number of slides you want to appear on each page of the handouts when printed. Your options are one, two, three, four, six or nine. Click "Close Master View" to return to "Normal View."
- 3). Go to the "File" menu and select "Print Preview." The "Print Preview" window opens. Select "Portrait" or "Landscape" on the "Print Preview" toolbar to determine the page orientation of the handouts.
- 4). Click the "Options" button on the "Print Preview" window. Click "Header and Footer." Enter or select the information you want to include on the headers and footers of the printed handouts. Click "OK."
- 5). Select the same option in the "Print What" box as you did in the "Handout Master" view. Click "Print."

- 5). Click the "Print" button when you are ready to print the handouts.
