    • Test plans often describe the various aspects of software testing meant to ensure a computer application runs properly, website functions in its entirety, or a program is effective in completing what it was designed to do. Testing software can also measure non-digital things. For example, governments may use it to test the effectiveness of a defense plan or disaster management plan in hypothetical situations.
