- 1). Go to Zwinky's "Help" Web page and click the "Contact Us" link.
- 2). Enter your email address into the designated field.
- 3). Compose your explanation in the "Question" field. Include your Zwinky username, date of birth, security question answer and the email address provided during registration. You have a greater chance of getting your account back if you include as much information as possible to verify account ownership and can prove that someone hacked into your account.
- 4). Complete the details section. Use the drop-down menu feature to select the topic of your message. Also, choose the security software and Internet connection used to access your account.
- 5). Attach any supporting documents. If you have any data to prove that an individual stole your account, such as a statement made by the individual in a community forum, include it in this section. This section is optional.
- 6). Review the contents of your message and click "Submit." After Zwinky investigates your claim, a customer service agent will contact you with a decision in two to three business days.
