This is a mathematical-intuitive approach to reducing the amount of sleep we require each day - by thinking more deliberately.
This means that (assuming we stay awake 14-18 hours) we introduce a different thought to our brain every 1-1.
4 seconds.
Just to make my intention clear: I'm serious about my desire to live life without sleep.
I want to live a life of utter fulfillment, joy, happiness, abundance, love, peace, excitement, interest, motion-forward, passion and focus that sleep just becomes a non-issue for me.
In order for me to do that I need a sharp saw (mind), a strong intuitive connection and a 100% commitment to my desired reality and act upon everything that I feel inspired to.
HELL YEA! There is only one stream of life.
But there are many forces in this stream.
Some forces make us point away from who we really are and some forces make us point towards who we really are.
All we need to do (haha, sounds easy xD) is to point in the direction of the stream we set in motion by ourselves.
There are a lot of different variations in our emotions but in general: When do we feel 'alive'? When we feel connected, understood, loved, interested, excited, passionate, love, amazed, hopeful, optimistic, knowing, innocence, peace, purity, free, appreciation, creative, active, on-point, certain, secure, warm, stable, involved When do we feel 'less than alive'? When we feel depressed, irritated, fearful, angry, hateful, doubtful, pessimistic, foggy, resistant, imprisoned, laggy, uncertain, insecure, cold, unstable, We can't live an eternal life from a shortage perspective and we can't live a life without sleep from a shortage perspective either.
We must come from an abundance mindset in order to do this.
BTW: I'd love to mastermind with anyone who wants to join me in this journey! I can feel that connecting with a like-minded individual would help me be in the eternal present moment more and have a clear mirror reflecting back to me what it is that I'm in the process of creating.
But I also love juggling around with my own thoughts.
In business there is only today.
And I LOVE THAT! Because it's so true.
Tomorrow never comes.
So we have to be able to attract our future into the present moment (today) and experience it today.
Because the moment we experience it it is today anyway.
So why not let today be this today? xD The concept of the Vortex fits here perfectly too! For anyone who doesn't know what the Vortex is: Inside the Vortex we feel 'alive' and outside the Vortex we feel 'less than alive'.
It's that simple.
We can feel when we are inside the Vortex and we can feel when you are being 'kicked out of ' the Vortex.
The energy inside the Vortex is very high and we have to manage to stay in that vibration for as long as possible in order for us to be able to benefit from the regeneration and restoration on all levels the Vortex provides us with.
It's the source of life, it's like plugging your vacuum cleaner into the socket.
Apparently one vacuum cleaner who is connected to the power socket is more powerful than millions who are not.
Technical support is of huge benefit here! Assuming we now extend our wake state by 6-10 hours (basically a full day-cicle and therefore a non-stop wake state) we now have much more 'time' to entertain thoughts.
But we won't be able to entertain those thoughts and stay awake comfortably if those thoughts are letting us feel 'less than alive'.
So we need to find thoughts that make us feel 'alive' and entertain those in our mind over and over again until they no longer let us feel 'alive', until we have sucked out all the wisdom there is for us.
Instead of around 70k we now have around 90k units of time which is about a 30% increase (WOW, that's a lot if we consider what fun stuff we can do in 30% more time! No more excuses about 'not enough time') Now we have 2 options.
We can either entertain the same amount of thoughts over a longer period of time or we can entertain a larger amount of thoughts for that 1-1.
3 seconds period.
When we take into consideration that the true POWER of our high-gear engine Law Of Attraction kicks in after 17 seconds (and REALLY kicks in after about 68 seconds) we should aim towards training our minds to gain the ability to hold thoughts in our minds for longer periods of time.
If those are thoughts that make us feel 'alive' then that's a double bonus because we get to entertain thoughts that make us feel good and we get to entertain them for longer! So, who wants to have the attention span of a mini hamster who is busy turning the loops in his hamster wheel? I don't.
I want a mind that is able to focus in any and all directions and create any desired reality that I focus my mind on.
Now let's talk about the 'quality' of our thoughts and therefore our lives.
5%/day inside the Vortex = we let life dictate to us what we should give our attention to 51%/day inside the Vortex = we live a better life than most anyone we know 95%+/day inside the Vortex = we live a life of absolute bliss If we take the rather humble approach of 51%/day inside the Vortex and apply it diligently and consistently we manage to bring ourselves into a pretty decent place.
But the real magic (in my opinion) happens after we stay inside the Vortex for an extended period of time and don't allow anything to kick us out.
That's when we develop psychic abilities, our ability to heal, experience a great amount of synchronicity and flow, manifest all desires, live a life of absolute joy and bliss.
Taking into consideration that we came here to expand and explore it takes a rather strong individual that manages to be able to stay inside the Vortex for more than 95% of the day while going around and exploring contrast.
It takes focus, discipline, desire and constant awareness.
We can basically measure how much we are connected to the brilliance of life, to the brilliance that is us by how we feel most of the time.
Do we feel ecstasy on a rather regular basis? Do we feel the eternalness of life? Or do we feel apathy most of the time? We have to follow the impulse, inspiration almost immediately if we want to live this life in ecstasy.
We must also develop the ability to discern whether it's an inspiration from our higher self or from our human ego.
Does it call us and enliven us or does it call us into anger? Surrender to bliss, we feel when something showers relief over us or if something just makes us feel "oh, this will help me pay my bills".
I noticed this with the business I'm now involded in.
It's much more than just fulfillment of a desire.
It's fulfillment of a calling.
It's about coming into alignment with who we truly are that makes us feel so freaking awesome.
:) This is a work in progress - as everything here in life
