How Do I Change the Headlamp Bulbs in a 2002 Blazer?

    • 1). Open the hood. Look behind the headlamp to find two black clips.

    • 2). Lift these clips upward. This releases the headlamp. If you have trouble pulling them up, use a pair of pliers.

    • 3). Pull the headlamp forward to remove it. Unplug the wiring harness from the back of the headlamp bulb.

    • 4). Turn the bulb socket from right to left; this releases it from the headlamp case. Pull it out to remove it. Throw the old headlamp bulb away.

    • 5). Insert the new headlamp bulb into the case. Turn it from left to right to properly attach it. Plug the wiring harness into the back of the new bulb.

    • 6). Reinsert the headlamp case. Push the two black clips down firmly to secure the case.
