Anxiety Attacks - It Started to Ruin My Life But Not Anymore

The main intention of this article is to show you what I experienced in my life because of the panic attacks disorder and how I stopped it from ruining my life entirely.
Before I give you some recommended solutions and other guidelines, I want to let you know certain events and outcomes that occurred to me because of this dreaded mood disorder.
Here is a list of them: 1.
The first day I experienced these panic attacks, I was terrified.
I did not understand a thing.
I wondered and asked myself "Am I going to become crazy soon?" The anxiety was intense and I could not concentrate on my job at all.
2.
All that existed in my mind were irrational thoughts.
Thoughts that made me ponder in the most unusual ways and with extreme panic.
3.
Since most of my mind was focusing on these thoughts, nothing else could be done.
I tried a lot.
I changed my location, sat outdoors, sat under bright light, but nothing could help.
In fact, the more you try to get rid of the unwanted thoughts, the more they come.
Are you experiencing all these things just like I did? Do not worry.
At one point of time, I thought that these panic attacks have ruined my life completely.
But I got treated and was completely out of it.
I am living the dream now and I attribute this to my high self-esteem.
Now this esteem was going all the way down because of this disorder.
Hence, another reason for success is the panic attacks treatment.
Remaining calm and knowing how to handle the thoughts in your mind will solve every problem arising out of the panic.
