Stop a Panic Attacks - The Real Answer That You Have Searched Endlessly For

What exactly is a panic attack? Have you ever actually stopped and asked yourself, "What's really going on here?" Maybe you are here today because you are trying to stop a panic attack from happening.
Well before I get into all of that, let's identify panic attacks, and why they even happen in the first place.
A panic attack is defined as a sudden feeling of acute and disabling anxiety.
Now, there are two key words in that definition- "Sudden" and "Disabling".
You might wonder what the significance of those two words are, and that's that they are two words that do not go together.
What if for instance you are driving home from work down the busy interstate, when you suddenly have a panic attack that totally disables you? Oh by the way, you had that panic attack because when you woke up, you found out that the dishes you asked to be put away last night were still lying in the sink.
You're stuck between a rock and hard place if this situation should ever happen, and yes it's kind of an extreme example, but think about it, this is a very possible scenario, is it not? The point I am getting at is stress.
Panic attacks happen because either we aren't getting enough sleep at night, or we're severely practicing unhealthy eating habits, and our bodies are just too weak to fight off this stress.
It gets to a point where something so petty as the dishes not being put away could totally set you off like it's nobodies business.
Is a panic attack life threatening? No it is not.
Can I panic attack put you into a life-threatening situation? It surely can.
Stop a panic attack before it stops you.
