- 1). Click the "Start" menu and then click the "All Programs" button.
- 2). Go to the "Accessories" button and then right-click the "Command Prompt" icon.
- 3). Click "Run as administrator" from the menu and then enter your administrator password into the field if required.
- 4). Type "sfc /scannow" into the command prompt that appears and then press the "Enter" button.
- 5). Wait for the computer to scan your System32 folder and replace the corrupted files in the folder.
