How to Speed Up Right Clicking

    • 1). Click on "Start" and type "regedit" into the search bar. Press "Enter." Click "Yes," if prompted. The Registry Editor will open.

    • 2). Double-click on "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" in the left window to expand the selection. Double-click on "Control Panel" beneath it, then "Desktop" so that you arrive at the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Desktop" registry key.

    • 3). Locate the "MenuShowDelay" value in the right window pane, right-click and select "Modify."

    • 4). Type in a value from "0" to "999" into the "Value data" field. Lower numbers represent a shorter delay while higher numbers represent a longer delay for right-click menus to appear. The default value is "400." Input "0" for no delay.

    • 5). Click "OK," exit the Registry Editor and restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
