- 1). Contact your service provider. Samsung A437 is a phone by AT&T. Call 1-800-331-0500 or dial 611 from your phone to talk to an AT&T customer representative.
- 2). Inform the telephone service provider that you want to add a privacy feature to your Samsung A437 phone that will allow you to restrict unknown and private callers. AT&T provides the feature of "Privacy Director"/"Privacy Manager" with which you can block the private callers.
- 3). Use the privacy feature set up on your phone by the phone company. This feature will intercept all private calls and ask them to identify themselves. If the caller chooses not to identify himself, the call will not be transferred to your phone. If they do give out unblock their numbers, you will have the option of either rejecting the call, ignoring it, or accepting it.
