How to Pull Music From a Sansa M240

    • 1). Connect your Sansa M240 to its included USB cable. Connect the other end of the USB cable to your computer.

    • 2). Open "Windows Media Player" by clicking "Start," "All Programs" and then on its program icon.

    • 3). Click "Sync." Because your Sansa M240 is connected to your computer, clicking on "Sync" will display a list of songs currently on the device.

    • 4). Click on a song you want to pull off of the device. Tap the "Delete" button to remove the song from this list. Repeat this until all of the songs you no longer wish to have on your device are gone from the "Sync" list.

    • 5). Click "Start Sync." Windows Media Player will sync itself with your Sansa M240, removing all of the songs you selected in Step 4.
