There are various contributing factors of stress which swing its intensity and vary from person to person.
In the current age, the main reason of a person getting hassled is the load of the task s/he assigned to.
It is very common in the employees or workers of any organization because nevertheless they have to meet the deadlines.
Students and stress goes parallel.
Tight schedules, irregular diet routine, late night studies all make stress inevitable for them.
The major reason of there anxiety is the unplanned daily routine.
Usually students are habitual of doing their work at eleventh hour which if not corrected may cause harm to their health in future.
Apart from the entire hectic schedule, there are other aspects too which generate the feeling of stress in a person.
The urban population is more likely to be stressed out due to the surroundings or the environment they are living in.
The noise pollution around majorly affects on the nerves of the people.
The horny horns and the in tolerable noises of the vehicles all badly affect person's health and at times lead to many psychological problems.
