Press "Menu" on the remote control and the up/down arrows to highlight the "Set Up" icon, then press "Select." Use the arrow buttons to scroll through the features and select "Caption Vision." Press the "Select" button. Select "Off" and press "Select" to turn off the caption-vision feature.
- 5). Check that the "Speaker" option is set to "On" in the "Audio" menu if there is a good picture but no sound.
