- 1). Visit the link in the "Resources" section to access the IMVU Customer Service page.
- 2). Enter your name and email address in the text boxes provided. Then choose a password and make sure you write it down so you can check on the status of your customer service ticket later on.
- 3). Click on the "Request Support" button on top of the menu.
- 4). Click on "here" in the sentence "To submit a support case, click here."
- 5). Choose general support in the "Case Category" drop-down menu and then write a description of your problem in the "Description" box. Make sure to include your former account login and password. Also provide any information that can be used to verify your identity, such as your email address.
- 6). Click on "Save" and then log out. As soon as a customer service agent addresses your ticket, you will receive an email with all the details.
