- 1). Drive to a nearby Ammu-Nation, the in-game gun store. Gun stores are depicted as tiny gun icons on your in-game map. Purchase several rounds of your preferred gun, as well as the body armor. Body armor will give you an extra 100 hit points, and the majority of "Vice City" missions will require you to shoot at enemies.
- 2). Walk up to a fast car and press the "Triangle" button to steal it. Look for cars that resemble sports cars. These cars are the fastest in the game.
