How to Set a Custom Ringtone on an HTC Touch Pro2

    Transferring files from your computer (optional)

    • 1). Turn on your phone. Insert the USB cable into the phone and your computer. Tap "USB External Drive" on the phone screen.

    • 2). Switch to your computer. Click "Start," then "Computer" or "My Computer." Double-click the SD card drive.

    • 3). Copy a song or music file that you want to use to the SD card drive. Support file types are WMA, MP3, MIDI, RMI, AMR, AWB and M4A.

    • 4). Unplug your phone from the USB cable.

    Assigning Ringtone

    • 1). Turn on your phone and press the "Back" button until the home screen appears.

    • 2). Slide the TouchFlo3D to the right until the "Settings" tab (gear icon) is highlighted. Tap "Sound."

    • 3). Scroll down the list and tap "ringtone." Navigate to the folder on your SD card or in the My Documents folder that holds your custom ringtone file.

    • 4). Tap the ringtone file. You may need to use the stylus. Slide the TouchFlo3D to the left until the "Home" tab is highlighted.
