Janna Long, one of the founding members of the popular Christian band Avalon, shares her thoughts about 2007 and her New Year's Resolutions for 2008.
- Q. What is the biggest thing that God has done in your life in 2007?
- A. Janna: The biggest thing God has done for me in this year is to allow me to still be doing my ministry. It's been a year full of change and I've wondered where I would land after the dust settled. I'm still here and God is still providing so many opportunities for myself and Avalon.
- Q. What is the hardest lesson that God has taught you in 2007?
- A. Janna: The hardest lesson God has taught me this year (and still teaching me) is to have more faith. There have been so many challenges I've faced this year and I had to be reminded over and over again that God alone is my source for everything! It's easy to lean on yourself and try to keep it all together. But, there comes a point when we've done all we can and have to let God take over.
- Q. What are your New Year's Resolutions for 2008?
- A. Janna: I'm not a big believer in resolutions. I would like to commit to exercise more, pray more, and eat less junk food!
