There is some meditation for relaxation but still many peoples ask about how to meditate for relaxation. This article is intent to beginner in meditation or to people who find other solution for relaxation. Before you read completely of this article, I need mention some alternative for relaxation.

Relaxation is some effort to make you relax, fresh, calm and happy. Every people can do relaxation without hire instructor. This is very easy and can do any time you need it. Some relaxation methods are eat, drink, sport, humour and comedy, watch movie or TV, play the game, play with other people, sexual and intimacy, travelling, etch

It is very easy to do relaxation. It is also very cheap depends on your choice. Eat a food can be relaxation if you do it and make it happy. But, you can build a fat if you over eat. Some sport can use for relaxation and every peoples can do it easily. For example: jogging and running. Every peoples can run every where you can run safely. With this sport, your muscle and body will produce sweat and makes circulation of oxygen in our body. This process makes you relax although tired. Yes, tired but happy.

Humour and comedy also make you laugh and happy then produce relax in you body and mind. You can enjoy in movie or television program. It is very cheap too. Other sample above you can imagine what explanation for it. Now, we turn to discuss about meditate for relaxation.

Meditate is activity to make mind and body in zero activity. There is no activity in mind and body. Stop all except breath. Meditation is art, system and guide to do meditate. People has develop meditate system base on their instinct, religion and culture. There is much meditation approach. All is good because all meditation will give you benefit to relaxation. One example of meditation approach is dragon meditation that meditates with a pair of step hands. This meditation is useful for makes you relax, healing and builds magnet vibration.

A simple meditate for relaxation is you can do anywhere. Try four steps like this:
1. Take one position: lay down, sit down at the chair, or stand up.
2. Close your eyes and breathe slowly like you sleep.
3. Feel your breath. Take breath with long pull from nose and release from nose long too.
4. Do it repeatedly until you feel relax, calm and enjoy. If you feel enough, open eyes and finish.
