Log on to your Windows computer. Click "Start" and "All Programs."

Click "Accessories," then "Calculator." The Calculator application will open.

Press "Num Lock" on your keyboard. This enables the number pad on the right-hand side of the keyboard to be used.

Enter numerical data into the Calculator using the number pad on the keyboard.

Click "File" and "Exit" to close the Calculator tool.
