Security Check-Up Components

Anti-Virus Software Check- Checks for the existence of up to date and properly running anti-virus software. If no anti-virus software is detected or if the software is out of date, the results will display on the Results and Recommendation screen.

Windows Update Check- Checks for the latest Microsoft Windows updates including service packs and security patches. If the scan detects any issues with your Windows Operating System, service packs or security patches the results will display on the Results and Recommendations screen.

Wi-Fi Security Check- Checks for the existence of a wireless network connection and if the connection is secure. If any issues are found with your Wi-Fi Security, the results will display on the Results and Recommendations screen.

Anti-Spyware Software Check       Checks for the existence of up to date and properly running anti-spyware software. If no anti-spyware software is detected or if the software is out of date, the results will display on the Results and Recommendation screen.

Scan for Active Malware- Checks for and identifies a list of common malware programs and recommends a solution. If any issues are found, the results will display on the Results and Recommendation screen.

Firewall Check- Verifies that your firewall is up-to-date and operating properly. If the firewall is off, the result will display on the Results and Recommendations screen.

Backup Client Check    Checks for the existence of backup software and if it is up-to-date. If no backup software is detected or if it is out of date, the results will display on the Results and Recommendations screen.

Health Check-Up

Disk Check- The disk check performs an industry standard check to see if your hard disk is functioning properly. If the scan detects any issues with your hard disks, the results will display on the Results and Recommendations screen.

Free Space Check- Checks to determine whether you have enough free space on your hard disk. If the scan detects any issues with your disk free space, the results will display on the Results and Recommendations screen.

Critical Issues Check- Checks to see if any critical events have been stored in your system's event log. If the scan detects any issues with stored in your system event log, the results will display on the Results and Recommendation screen.
