Top 3 reasons You Havent Lost Weight Yet

We are all concerned about our weight. It has become a top priority for some people to lose weight. We enjoy the site of feeling good, looking good, and being able to look in the mirror and to delight in the self portrait of ourselves. Although, many of us wonder how we gained weight in a short period of time, we never grasp the fact that we can change it. It is so true that you can focus so much on the weight you gained and you end up gaining more weight.

First thing you need, in order to lose weight successfully is time. Time is valuable. There are other options in you don't have the time. They have things like meal replacement shakes, supplements (which control your appetite), and much much more. Let's focus on the way around those things first. The reason time and patience is so important is because without it you will give up. When we see no reults, we immediately give up. I had gained 40 pounds in 2 months, and I literally gave up. What worked for me is I had a mentor, who always told me, dont cry to give up, cry to keep going. Your not going to die. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger. I took that to heart and walked everyday and eventually in 3 months I lost more than 40 pounds.

As I moved out of the city my mentor was in, I enventually gained all thE weight back because I felt like I didnt have any support. Which comes to another point, if you really want something, you have to learn how to encourage yourself sometime. Yes, I kept walking, but I kind of cheated this time. Its not recommeneded, Im just being honest. I chose to use supplements and some protein shakes my friend introduced me to. It worked like a charm and helped me to change my eating habits.

The first time I strived to lose weight, I would eat healthy, for instance, baking food, eating more green, and eating smaller portions, but I became even hungrier. I actually found myself sneaking at eating more during the night. The walking really helped, but hey who has time to walk when you have a full-time job. Time management helps a lot. What Im saying is their are two routes to lose weight. I categorized them in two. Yes I got the time and No I dont have the time.

For the Yes I go the time people, I recommend you continue to walk or run everyday or at least every other day. Eat 10 small meals a day to speed up your metabolism. Dont eat after 7 pm. At breakfast time, eat big but healthy. At lunch begin to snack a little about three times every 2 hours. Maybe at 1, then 3, then about 4:30. Eat a small dinner, if you want seconds, go for the green. And then repeat daily. This actually works great and like I said before it takes times.

For those of you who are saying, well I dont really have the time. The second time I lose weight, which is what Im still using now, my friend directed me to the protein shakes and supplements, very affordable. At first, I declined because my babysitters brother died from weight loss supplements. He explained to me that they we all natural, no jitters whatsoever and they work. I know he wouldn't steer me in the wrong direction, keep in mind he used it to lose 30 pounds in 1 month consistently. I chose to do it and I really enjoyed preparing the shakes before work and drinking them and gaining energy. It was a great feeling. I felt the weight coming off.

So whatever route you decide be sure to be consistent and never give up. Dont cry to give up, but cry to keep going. If you really want it bad enough, you will go for it eventually.
