2007-Strange Craft Photographs-1
Photographs of Strange Object:
Recently there has been a lot of discussion about photographs of strange flying objects. I have received well over 300 hundred e-mails telling me what these craft are. Almost any conceivable explanation that you could imagine has been offered, yet a solution as to the origin, authenticity, and purpose of these photographs still remains unknown at this time.
Many Suggestions:
I have been told that the objects in question are extraterrestrial craft, governmental craft, a hobbyist creation, a computer created object inserted into a photograph, or a complete 3-D scene made on a computer. I have seen a number of creations by different artists which are very similar to the object, but I have not seen the object created in a scene which resembled in any way the photographs themselves, although a recent video from Great Britain is a startling reproduction.
Hotly Debated:
This is, without a doubt, the most hotly debated topic of Ufology since the O'Hare Airport Sighting of 2006. So, just what does all of this mean, and of what value are the photographs regarding the mystery of UFOs? Do they tend to contribute to our studies or further ridicule those who seek answers to this great mystery?
First Glimpses:
The first glimpse of the strange craft came from a posting on the Coast to Coast AM web site. A man named Chad uploaded seven photographs of craft with a round flat donut-shaped object, with five appendages coming from the center.
Also, atop the object sat a round wire basket with the top of it narrower than the bottom. A strange looking device, no doubt.
Amazingly Close to Craft:
Chad explained that he and his wife were taking a walk in an undisclosed location when they noticed a "very strange" craft in the sky. Chad's wife took a photograph of the object on her cell phone camera. A few days later, Chad brought a friend with him who had a better camera, and took six additional shots of the unknown craft. Several of the photographs were taken amazingly close to the object.
Strange Lettering:
A series of unknown letters or symbols could be seen underneath one of the arms. Although many different languages have been suggested as the source of the symbols, nothing I have seen has matched the lettering exactly. Chad also stated that the object moved very smoothly through the sky, and made no sound. However, when the object left the area, it moved out of sight in the "blink of an eye."
More Witnesses:
Chad, his wife, and their friend were not the only witnesses. According to Chad, "many" of their neighbors have also seen the unknown craft. Later, Chad would add that the craft did make some sound as it moved along-described as a "crackling" noise, and an occasional humming sound. Although there have been numerous UFO reports of craft that make various and sundry sounds, there has not been, to my knowledge, a UFO photograph with the same exact physical descriptions.
Movements of the Craft:
Chad further describes the crafts movements:
"It moves almost like an insect. If you have ever seen a bug on a pond, it is kind of like that. It is VERY smooth and slow most of the time, but then every now and then it will rotate very quickly and go VERY fast into another direction, then stop, and repeat the process all over again. There is just something very unnatural about the way it moves."
