John goes to see Blair, inquiring why Dorian met with Jackie (the lawyer). Blair claims she doesn’t know why, but Addie tells John that Dorian said she had a plan and then Jackie showed up. Blair reveals to John that Dorian met with Jackie and now she’s on her way to the airport. John and Blair head to the airport. Vanessa, Lola and Cris are waiting to land. Vanessa tells Cris what Ray did – he argued with Lola’s mom and then killed her, Lola heard everything.

Cris understands why Vanessa wants to get Lola away from Ray. Talia, Sarah and Antonio are awaiting to board a plan to Columbia in search of Cris. Sarah can’t help but thinking that Cris is in trouble and can’t call her, Talia reassures Sarah that Cris is safe and they will find him. Just as Antonio, Talia and Sarah are about to board the plane, Cris steps out form the terminal with Vanessa and Lola. Antonio calls Carlotta as Cris explains why he’s brought Lola and Vanessa to Llanview.

Nora and Clint have called a truce, Clint reassures Nora that Langston will not get hurt as he heads to the airport to close the deal. Dallas overhears everything and tells Nora that it’s nice she and Clint made up – after revealing to Nora that Clint told her about their problems. Nora would appreciate Dallas staying out of her and Clint’s business, Renee shows up in time to stop the fight, telling Dallas a room at the hotel has opened up. Dallas goes to pack, Nora confides in Renee – telling her that she sees so much of Asa in Clint that it scares her.

Renee reminds Nora that under Asa’s tough exterior laid a good heart. Dorian has driven Starr, Cole, Markko and Langston to the airport. Ray is waiting for Langston and tells her that it’s time to board the plane. Dorian wants a few more moments as the flight has been delayed.

Starr and Langston reminisce about when they first met and how their relationship has progressed, Markko does the same thing with Langston. Clint shows up and reveals his blackmail plan, saying that Dorian had several chances to change the course of action. Langston is glad that Dorian didn’t give into Clint’s demands, saying that she’s happy Dorian didn’t stoop to that level. Clint tells Ray that their plans have changed, Ray is less than thrilled about taking Langston back home with him but Clint assures Ray that it will all work out in the end. Dorian goes to buy magazines for Langston, wherein she gets a sign from Mel to call off things with Jackie. After some contemplating, Dorian calls Jackie to tell him to call off the hit. Jackie explains that things are in motion and he can’t do that. Meanwhile, the hit man who played cable guy is now dressed in a pilot’s uniform scouring the airport for Ray.

Clint returns home to find Dallas leaving, Nora doesn’t ask Clint about his plan. Clint tells Nora everything that happened, he has a change of heart and calls Ray asking him to call off the plan. Ray is furious with Clint, but even more furious when he sees Vanessa and Lola. Ray hangs up on Clint, Vanessa is scared for Lola when she sees Ray. Ray wants to take his daughter back home with him, Cris and Vanessa shield Lola from Ray. Dorian is distraught that she can’t stop Ray from getting killed, Dorian sees the hit man dressed as the pilot and she screams for help as she’s just seen a man with a gun. Everyone in the airport ducks, John arrives just in time to shoot the hit man. The hit man’s gun goes flying out of his hands. Vanessa picks up the hit man’s gun and shoots at Ray. . .
