Waypoints

• 1). Select the "Waypoints" tool or drag and click "Tools - Waypoints."
  
  
• 2). Click on the "Graphic Map Interface" anywhere you want a customized waypoint. To automatically save a waypoint in the center portion of the map, select "Ctrl + W."
  
  
• 3). Verify the information in the "Waypoints Property Box," which is prompted after selecting a point on the map. Name the waypoint and verify the latitude and longitude coordinates.
  
  
• 4). Select "OK" to save the waypoint or "Cancel" to not save the waypoint.
  
  

Trips

• 1). Press "Ctrl +R" or select "Edit - New Routes" to view the "Route Properties Dialogue Box."
  
  
• 2). Select the "Add Places" button to add an address, city or place of interest.
  
  
• 3). Select previously saved waypoints by clicking the "Insert Waypoint" button.
  
  
• 4). Add all the locations along your trip's route by repeating this process as necessary. Points that are added to the trip's route are listed in order under the "Via Points" tab.
  
  
• 5). Select "OK" to save the new route or "Cancel" to start over.
