Open your SketchUp drawing.

Click the "Position Camera" tool.

Press and hold the mouse button, then drag the cursor until it is positioned in the horizontal position you want.

Type a new "Eye Height" value in the Measurements toolbar. The eye height defaults to 5 feet, 6 inches. Type a height above the top of the drawing to give you a perspective view on the drawing.
