Article marketing is often referred to as 'bum' marketing, and this creates the impression that you can be lazy and make money by writing articles.
If you ask me if that's true or not, my answer may upset some people, so read on to get the answer...
So is it possible to be lazy and make money by writing articles? The answer is yes, but it depends! (I bet you knew that was coming!) For example, it's possible to earn $100 a day or more by just writing one article! This could be via a membership site where people pay $1 a day for a new article.
Get 100 members and there you have it, $100 a day from 1 article.
That sounds great, and is possible, but here's the thing - to get to that stage you have to write a *lot* of articles! You will need to build your followers, build your customer base, build your reputation.
None of that building work will get done by itself, it's done to you getting stuck into the work and cranking out the articles? Does that sound lazy? No, and for good reason.
Earning money online is done by building a business, it's not a hobby.
Any business is built with hard work, and lots of it.
The reason I said this answer may upset people, is because part of the sales patter for many internet marketing products use this 'lazy bum' angle, but it's just not true - the laziest system in the world still needs to be set up in the first place.
So to sum up, it's certainly possible to get to the stage where you earn enough to quit your job by writing 1 article a day, but as lazy as that sounds, the lazy attitude will never get you to that point!
