- 1). Sign in to WordPress. Scroll down to the "Plugins" pane along the left side of the "Dashboard," then click "Installed Plugins."
- 2). Click the name of the plugin you wish to transfer to Thesis, then click the "Edit" button. Drag the mouse over the code in the window, then right-click and choose "Copy." Select the browser's "Back" button to return to the list of plugins, then click "Deactivate" under the plugin, since having it active after you install it into Thesis is redundant.
- 3). Scroll down to the "Thesis" pane on the left side of the "Dashboard," choose "Custom File Editor" and select "custom_functions.php" from the drop-down menu. Click "Edit."
- 4). Scroll to the bottom of the custom_functions.php file, then right-click and select "Paste." Click the "Big Ass Save Button" to make the plugin function activate on the site as a Thesis custom function.
