How to Write a Report on Word 1.1

    • 1). Double-click on the Word 1.1 icon from the desktop of your computer.

    • 2). Click on the "B" icon, followed by the large "A" icon. Type a heading for your report. Press "Enter" twice to begin a new paragraph.

    • 3). Click on the "B" icon followed by the small "A" icon.

    • 4). Type your report. Press "Enter" twice each time you wish to begin a new paragraph.

    • 5). Click on the "Save" icon when you are finished typing your report. Type a name for your report in the "file type" box. Choose a location for the report on your computer and click "Save."

    • 6). Click on the "Print" icon to print your report.
