I always knew about yoga, and I was always interested in trying it.
When I finally got up the motivation to go and sign up for classes, I was shocked at how many yoga programs were available.
My gym offered six different programs.
I did some research and found that were so many more.
I was overwhelmed at how many options there were.
Luckily, my gym allowed me to try a few yoga sessions before I picked my program.
Here is a little information about some of the different yoga programs that are available.
Hopefully this will make it easier for you to choose the right program.
When it comes to choosing the right program, it is all about personal preference.
All types of yoga have the same end goal in mind.
They are going to try to get your body healthier, and your mind healthier.
Here are a few yoga programs that you can choose from.
Bikram yoga.
This is a great type of yoga for those who like it hot.
If you like sitting in a sauna, you will enjoy this type of yoga.
Bikram yoga is a little extreme, and you might not want to start off with this method.
Most people start with basic yoga before they move onto something like Bikram.
That is what I did, but now I love my bikram classes.
Ashtanga yoga is another advanced form of yoga.
I have only done one Ashtanga class.
It was a little bit too difficult for me, but if you are looking for a physical challenge, this could be the yoga class for you.
You will push your body to your limits.
Sivananda yoga is a very popular form of yoga.
If you have just started taking a yoga class, you might be taking sivananda and may not realize it.
This type of yoga is the root for many forms of yoga.
It focuses on breathing and simple technique.
This is a great general form of yoga that is perfect for beginners.
Yoga comes in a wide variety of styles and techniques, but they are all trying to make you mentally and physically sound.
If you are having a hard time picking the right yoga program, see if your gym will let you sample a class.
Choosing the right program is all about your personal preference.
So go out and sign up for a class, it might be the right one for you.
