 I want to show you a few of my favorite tips that you can apply in your own lives to start looking great today.
The first little tip I want to share is about eating a healthy breakfast.
 This may be one of the most neglected things a person can do.
 They usually do it because they're too busy or they're trying to cut calories to lose weight.
 Eating breakfast in the morning actually starts up your metabolism so you can start burning a lot of extra calories early on.
 It also gets you started on a healthy note and you'll be more likely to keep that up through the rest of the day.
The next tip is to start drinking more water.
 It's recommended that you drink at least three glasses per day.
 Don't get carried up in the new fad that suggests you need to drink eight glasses per day.
 I can't imagine sitting around all day trying to make sure I down eight glasses of water.
 Water is important because it doesn't contain any calories.
 It also gives you a nice refreshing feeling.
The last tip is to start doing some type of physical activity in your life.
 You need to have a way to burn away that pesky fat.
 You don't have to join a gym right away but you do have to do something to help you lose weight.
 I recommend you pick an enjoyable activity that burns a lot of calories.
 I like to play basketball or go biking to lose weight.
 You might like to play tennis or go swimming.
