Human being / human doing
You are a being of 3 parts
as a doing you are only able to identify with one part if what you are doing is lacking the appropriate emotional energy.
This is why being out of alignment is so painful
Examples:
1. Human doing
Value comes from doing
value comes from the past
can be gained for the future
very little value found in the present moment
disempowering, you're never good enough, drive the economy
2. human being
value comes from being
values being in the present moment
has the power to create from being in and out
empowered, is good enough now, contributes to the world through authenticity
cannot bring doing you true happiness
doing keeps you productive or consumptive
reshape and rebuild your paradigm/ reshaped and rebuild your world
Someday mentality --good old days
Retirement = working in order to just be
As you learn to be present in the moment as a being you will know what to do in order to achieve
Be the knowing and the watcher behind your thoughts
In the end you cannot do success, you must be successful in order to be successful and become whatever it is that you desire.

Your bodies a tool in identifying with it too closely as in to find your value through doing is to be reduced to a tool yourself.
Practical application
Begin noticing our natural tendency to identify too strongly with past victory and to put off gratification until future achievement, Begin finding joy in being present and alive and able.
€It's not the reality that makes you unhappy, it is what you think about reality that makes you happy or unhappy. Your emotions are the physical manifestations of your thoughts not of reality
€You have not had enough pain until you are ready to change your actions and stop perpetuating the cycle of pain in your life. Until then you may be unhappy, but as long as you identify with the unhappiness and justify your actions, you will continue to perpetuate the cycle no matter how painful it may be. This is why you see people who know how to change their life situation but never take action. They are unconscious and addicted to the thing they claim they hate.€
