- 1). Add a little butter or oil to the Omelet Maker Pan and heat over a medium-high temperature.
- 2). Pour one to three whipped eggs into the heated Omelet Maker Pan.
- 3). When the eggs begins to firm but are still slightly soft, add desired ingredients, such as diced vegetables or meat, down the center of the omelet.
- 4). Push one of the buttons on the handle to flip and fold one side of the omelet. Right before you do this, add grated cheese, if desired. The omelet should not be runny, but firm and slightly wet.
- 5). Push the other button on the handle to flip the opposite side, making an envelope. The heat from the enveloping sides should help to complete the cooking process.
