China Aviation Group Company(CAGC), China Eastern Aviation Group Company(CEAGC) and China Southern Aviation Group Company(CSAGC) promised together to the public that the flight dynamic information will be informed to passengers every 30 minutes when a flight is delayed.
CEAGC promised that its flight on time performance will be in the leading place of domestic aviation transportation enterprises; CSAGC promised: when a flight is delayed, the flight's dynamic information will be immediately informed to passengers through mobile phone messages; when a flight arrives, the first luggage will be delivered to passenger within 20 minutes; if a passenger can't receive his luggage after 7 days the flight arrives, he can transact compensation with airline company.
CAGC and CSAGC promised together: for the passengers who buy domestic full fare tickets, no matter what reason cause them miss flights, their air tickets are still valid and they can take the following flight free of charge.
But for the questions like "Can you guarantee flights take off on time?" and "Can you compensate passengers when a flight is delayed?", these three aviation company didn't make a promise.
