Wild animals are not overweight in general.
Some obvious points are raised to ponder over.
Why is it so? Have you ever thought about it? Is it because they do not have a market where they can go and buy fast food and eat? Thank God.
Definitely that is one of the reason that they do not have too much of food available to them easily.
They have to fight for every bite.
Does that automatically means that to stay fit, we have to go back to the jangles? The risk of doing that is getting eaten up instead.
Well, I would not risk my life to stay fit, too costly.
But there are easy ways available to us.
If you notice, our human body is an amazing piece of machine also with a mind and soul to it.
We, in general do not think much about it unless we are sick.
Consciously we do only one thing for the body, put food in to mouth.
Well, some do exercise also.
And rest of the very complicated activities like breathing, heart beating, metabolism, storing memory, growing up etc are automatic.
So, our body is a low maintenance machine given to us by birth and we are stuck to it for the entire life.
This machine comes with preloaded programs in the brain (if you let me call those that way) to get the complicated actions done automatically for us.
So, staying healthy must be a simple process for us too, like all other living beings.
If we quickly learn few tips and tricks to be aligned with our right brain (subconscious mind/ preloaded programs), then we can continue to stay healthy and can focus on other important things of life, like career, business, family and what not.
Here are few of easy to follow and effective tips that will work for you to stay healthy:
  1. Count your Sodium intake.
    Your body needs Sodium but not too much.
    Around 1500 milligrams per day is good, experts comment that Sodium intake for a normal adult should be less than 2300 milligram.
    We usually take too much of it, and that stores extra water in the body and make us bloated.
  2. Drink lot of water.
    Water is a good way (if not the only way) to flush extra Sodium from our body.
    Good filtered water, little alkaline in nature, is the best.
    You do not have to be a chemist to make water alkaline, just add some lemon to water and you are done.
  3. Eat only when you are hungry and as long you are hungry.
    Eat slowly, chew properly to enjoy the food.
    Off course eat healthy food, may be organic, if possible.
  4. Live active life.
  5. Have good multi-vitamin supplement.
  6. Read the label of the food you are eating.
Those simple steps can revolutionize your health.
Weight loss is just a side effect of good health.
