How to Remove the Clicking Sound From Your Computer Mouse

    • 1). Click the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel."

    • 2). Double-click the sound icon. This takes you to the sound preferences panel.

    • 3). Click the "Sounds" tab located in the top left corner.

    • 4). Open the "Sounds" drop-down menu in the bottom left section of the window.

    • 5). Scroll all the way up and select "None" at the top. Click "OK."

    • 6). Click your mouse to test it. The clicking noise should be gone.
