Commercial Photography Tampa

Mike Ramos, of Mike Ramos Photography, Inc. recently completed a project for a major waterfront real estate development in Pinellas County as the commercial photographer Tampa has for the project from pre-sales through construction. His collaboration with one of the top graphic designers in the region provided this Tampa Bay area developer with the brand and images to sell $53 million worth of real estate.

Early in his career Mike gained valuable real world experience assisting some of the best photographers in New York, learning the business from the inside out. Later, Mike went on to develop his technical skills studying visual design at FIT in New York. Mike then went on to relocate to the Greater Tampa Bay area and began building his commercial photography business. Twenty years later he is one of the most sought after commercial photographers Tampa has to offer a region where millions of people drive by his work every day as they commute to and from work. He has been able to grow his practice not only because of the quality of his work, but also because of his warm personality. Mike is always a professional first, un-intimidating and able to put the client at ease.

Mike Ramos Photography has recently added a new suite of value-added services including SEO, mobile marketing, text message marketing and custom web design. With more people now relying on smart phones and mobile devices as their primary source of information, Mike understands that a strong visual presence is important, now more than ever. As an innovative commercial photographer Tampa has seen Mike Ramos merge the synergy of traditional photographic services with internet marketing as an ideal match.

“In the business world everybody likes to be driven by data and hopefully good data at that. Everyone is asking about metrics, ROI and KPI’s, things like that. But I think those conversations rarely occur or are barely tracked by photographers per se because they are the 'artists' in the mix,” says Bryan St. Laurent, one of Mike’s advisers in his growing Power Group. Bryan goes on to state: “Well, when your work allows your client to move $53 million dollars in commercial real estate, then I think you’ve got a metric that will cause people to sit up and listen”.

Mike and his colleagues have worked locally throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area, as well as on location in Tallahassee, New York and Miami. Internationally, Mike has also worked on shoots in Puerto Rico, Colombia and Peru. When Mike is not working as a commercial photographer Tampa keeps him busy on the handball court.
