- 1). Fill a large boiling pot halfway with water, and bring to a boil. Boil the entire package of pork chops 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and place the pork chops on a cutting board. Remove the meat from the bones and cut into short strips.
- 2). Place the pork in the crock pot, and add 1/2 cup water and the entire jar of barbecue sauce. Set cooking time to 8 or 10 hours, depending on the planned dining time.
- 3). After the meat has cooked for several hours, periodically chop at it with a spoon while it's still inside the crock pot. Add 3 tbsps. whiskey and 2 tbsps. hot sauce at least 30 minutes before the pork is finished cooking. Serve on rolls or buns, and garnish with pickle and potato chips.
