- 1). Click on the Start button and select "Search." Click on "All Files and Folders." If you use Windows Vista or Windows 7, the search bar appears at the bottom when you click on the Start menu.
- 2). Search for the following files in the search box one at a time: "qldf.bin," "intlib.bin," "lmf32.dll," "Quicklinks.exe," "igps.exe" and "pgws.exe."
- 3). Wait patiently as Windows searches for these files. Single-click on each of them and press the "Delete" key. Please note that you may not be able to find all the above files, but you will find some of them.
- 4). Restart your computer after you are done deleting the files.
- 5). Run an anti-spyware program. "Ad-Aware SE," "Malwarebytes" and "Spybot Search & Destroy" offer you free downloads for personal and home use. See "Resources" section for links. Download the program of your choice and scan your computer to detect and kill any residual spyware or adware.
