- 1). Peel the sweet potatoes, and then slice the potatoes chip style.
- 2). Wash the potatoes, and then put ¼ cup of water in the skillet on medium-high heat.
- 3). Place the potatoes in the skillet, and let them cook until tender, turning them occasionally.
- 4). Add cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar on top. Let it all cook for about five additional minutes, turning occasionally. Serve.
