This can be producing a product or delivering a service.

If you decide to go with an outsourced staffing company when looking to hire employees, many have a resume searching services available.
Resume sourcing and resume mining is the cheapest method of outsourced staffing out there.
This is where a staffing company takes over the resume searching stage of the hiring process.
With Resume sourcing and resume mining, you will only outsource the search phase.
Once a candidate is found that looks good on paper, the staffing company will then pass the resume over to you.
It is then your job to email, call and contact the candidate to interest them in your position.
It is then your responsibility to contact, interview and select the best candidate for your company.

This is done by a keyword search.
Unlike a job position, only qualified candidates who fit your requirements are sent over to you.

This method can save you a lot more time, however it is a bit more expensive.
Although the full cycle solution is more expensive, most people who have tried it will say it is definitely worth it.
