Our world is presently facing worst environmental imbalance.
There are oceans that are polluted, air that contains toxics; our fish are dying and a lot of animals are homeless now.
Below is a list of the environmental laws that were implemented to protect the environment: Clean air act This law focuses on minimizing or omitting air pollution.
This law was constructed by the government to protect the community from having polluted air.
Clean air act is responsible in omitting smoke (vehicle smokes), factory smoke and burned plastic smoke.
It's important to have clean air in our society.
Clean water act Clear water act is responsible of protecting our sea life that roams the oceans and rivers.
This law is governed by the people who are employed in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
This law has been put in place to stop water from getting polluted.
Garbage being dumped in waterways is one of the major's causes of water pollution; the water gets polluted from the garbage that is thrown into the river.
A lot of rivers are also connected to oceans, when garbage reaches the ocean it will surely pollute it.
Garbage causes an imbalance in oxygen and carbon for these sea creatures and can cause death for these sea creatures.
Kyoto Protocol The Kyoto Protocol was approved in Kyoto, Japan, on 11 December 1997 and empowered on 16 February 2005.
The Kyoto Protocol is an international union associated to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
The main function of Kyoto protocol is to emit or reduce green house gases.
Animal protection act This law was implemented to protect animal's especially endangered species.
