During my recent discussion with "TOTS- about "Climate Change- & Indian government's Tulsi plantation drive near the heritage structure of Victoria memorial & Tajmahal I came across from a very crucial moment.

" Indeed it is a cause of concern when 43% across the world are agreeing that "CLIMATE CHANGE- is ahead of melt down Global ECONOMY.
"CLIMATE CHANGE- & "CLIMATE VARIABILITY- are two responsible element for the anthroprogenic global warming.

8 degree centigrade will further rise to 4 degree centigrade till 2100.
Reasons are the burning of ever greater quantities of Oil, gasoline & coal, the cutting of forests and practice of certain farming methods are the principal reason for mounting thermometer.
When more of the sun's energy is being trapped in the atmosphere & much more of the world's carbon is resting in the air rather than in trees soil and subterranean deposits.
What can be done.
The solution is heavily team work & political will can slow the rate of global warming.
The UNFCCC has the goal of preventing dangerous human interface with climate system.
UNFCCC has already few agenda in its kitty to prevent dangerous human interface with climate change.
One of the primary solutions, in a broader spectrum for climate change by global warming alarmist is the purchase & sale of carbon credits.
Companies, countries & individuals could balance their CO2 output by purchasing credits from others that are emitting less green house gases than prescribed maximums.
They provide a way to reduce green house effect emissions on an Industrial scale by tapping total annual emissions & letting the a market assign a monetary value to any shortfall through trading.
Credits can be exchanged between business or brought and sold in international markets at the prevailing market price.
Credit can be used to finance carbon reduction schemes between trading partners and around the world.
The concept of carbon credits came into existence as a result of increasing awareness of the need for controlling emissions.
The mechanism was first introduced in KYOTO PROTOCOL, an international agreement between more than 170 countries & the market mechanism, were agreed through the subsequent MARRAKESH ACCORDS.
KYOTO PROTOCOL has agreed for quotas for the maxim amount of green house gases for developed & developing countries.
In turn these countries set quotas on the emission of installations run by local.
Business & other organizations generally termed operator.
Countries manage this through generally termed operators.
Which are validated & monitored for compliance by the UNFCCC.
Each operator has an allowance of credits, where each unit gives the owner the right to emit one metric tone of CO2 or other equivalent greenhouse.
By permitting allowances to be bought & sold, an operator can seek out the most cost effective way of reducing its emissions, either by investing in cleaner machinery & purchase or by purchasing emissions from another operator.
Who already has excess capacity.
Global warming is a global issue that requires global response.
However, common man can bring a lot of changes to the environment by doing things .
I would like to share my few views which I discussed during my crucial moment with our next Gen about Global warming.
- Go Paperless when possible if it can be read or stored online instead? - Recycling schemes for old clothes, mobile phones, books and more.
- Encourage persons to car share when traveling to work.
- Make it a habit to turn off lights when leaving any room for 15 minutes or more and use natural light when we can.
- Computer in the business unnecessarily waste 1$ billion worth of electricity a year.
- Make it a policy to provide dishes, silverware, and glasses.
Switch to organic coffee and tea, and buy as much organic and local food as possible for parties and other events.
- Use filtered drinking water to reduce bottled-water waste.
- Use non toxic cleaning products.
Brighten up your plants, which absorb indoor pollution.
- Make it a habit to buy furniture, carpeting and paint that are free of volatile organic compounds and won't off gas toxic chemicals.
- Save water in every spectrum of life.
- Make it policy to buy Energy star-rated light bulbs and fixtures, which use at least two-third less energy than regular lighting.
Lastly, industrialisation with a sense of responsibility towards environment is the need of the hour.
Unchecked and unplanned industrialisation will bring doom-day someday.
It's never too late to start doing things.
Nothing much is lost, but we can definitely change the degradation that has been happening to the environment.
