How to Look Up ASVAB Scores

    Look on Your Enlistment Contract

    • 1). Simply look on your original enlistment contract if you have already enlisted.

    • 2). In the contract, locate a form labeled "DD Form 1966/1."

    • 3). On the form, find section 18, which should list your ASVAB results, including the AFQT (Armed Forces Qualification Test) percentile and your raw scores.

    Contact a Recruiter Directly

    • 1). You will have to contact your recruiter or a recruitment office if you have not enlisted, or can't access your enlistment contract. Go directly to a recruitment office for the quickest results. You can also call your local recruitment office, but getting the paperwork will take more time if they have to send it to you.

    • 2). Tell your recruiter or the clerk at the recruitment office that you would like a DD Form 680-ADP. It will help if you know which Military Entrance Processing Station graded your test.

    • 3). The recruiter will do a "High School Lookup" in the computer system (this is just a nickname for the lookup, it doesn't matter if you were in high school when tested.) The lookup will retrieve your test. If you are visiting the office in person, a recruiter will be able to print out your line scores and hand them over right away. If you are calling the office, your scores will have to be mailed to you.
