Well I've just pulled these out of the fridge. The chocolate has set. Peeling nicely off of that parchment paper. It'll make a great dessert. No baking, no mixing involved, you can do it without an oven. So simple, but so decadent. You know it's good quality chocolate when it starts to melt so quickly. And do I have room for one more? I don't really think so, I think that's pretty full as it is. Ok, and I'm going to want to keep those chilled until I'm really ready to serve them. And now, the last thing that I have to do is I just wanted to dress the table a little bit. I didn't want to go over the top with a big arrangement, so I bought these roses. Now, when you buy roses, don't get ones like these where the top is soft; you want to get a nice, firm head. So I decided to just go with one flower--the very romantic red rose, and of course, matches our strawberries. I've trimmed them all to about the same length, all monochromatic and keep them all nice and tight. Reminds me of these arrangements that were all over Paris, just one kind of flower. And that's low, it's not distracting. And that's ready to go to the table, these I'm going to keep chilling, though.
