Hold a lighted match to burner if operating a standard ignition stove. Open burner valve to the propane cylinders and wait for the stove to ignite. Extinguish match and adjust valve to a desired flow of fuel. - 3

Open the burner valve on the Coleman InstaStart stove and push the ignite button repeatedly until the flame catches. Note that a match is not usually required for operating the InstaStart, but can be used if the flame has trouble catching due to wetness or other issues.
